Buying a ticket
With or without an account: an account is recommended to find your tickets, transfer them and track your orders.

Choose the event
Open the event page to see the dates, venue and prices.

Choose your seats
Select your area on the seating plan and the number of seats. They are held for 10 minutes during payment.

Enter your details
E-mail and phone, or log in. Choose to receive your tickets by e-mail, WhatsApp or both.

Pay
MTN MoMo, Airtel Money or bank card. The price shown is the total price, fees included.

Choose the operator
MTN MoMo or Airtel Money. The total amount is shown before approval.

Enter your number
The one for the Mobile Money account paying. It can be different from your Axyo account number.

Confirm on the phone
A payment request appears: enter your PIN on the phone only.

Receive your ticket
As soon as the operator confirms, your ticket is sent to you.
Axyo will never ask for your PIN
Not by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or on the website. If someone claiming to be Axyo asks for it, hang up and report it to customer service. For bank cards, details are entered on our payment provider's secure page: Axyo never sees or stores your card numbers.
Receiving and keeping your ticket
By e-mail
Your e-ticket as a PDF, with its QR code, sent as soon as payment is confirmed.
By WhatsApp
A message with the secure link to your ticket, if you chose WhatsApp.
In “My tickets”
With an account, all your tickets stay available and downloadable at any time.
Transferable
Give a ticket from “My tickets”: it is reissued in the recipient's name and the old QR code is deactivated.
Resale between individuals is only possible if the organiser allows it for the event, at the original price at most. Details in the terms and conditions of sale.
On the day
Unique, signed code
Each QR code is digitally signed: a made-up or altered code is rejected at scanning.
One entry only
On the first scan, the ticket is marked “used”. A screenshot shown afterwards is refused.
Arrive early
Doors usually open 1 to 1.5 hours before the start: the exact time is on the event page.
Even without signal
Staff check tickets on site: entry stays smooth even with a weak connection.
Good habits
- Turn up your screen brightness before reaching the check.
- Bring an ID: it may be requested for named or reduced-price tickets.
- Only buy on Axyo or from the official outlets listed on the event page.
To avoid
- Posting a photo of your ticket: anyone could use it and get in before you.
- Buying a screenshot or a printed ticket from a reseller: it may already have been sold.
- Bringing items banned by the venue rules (weapons, sharp objects, glass bottles…).
Accessibility
People with reduced mobility or disabilities can book accessible seats where the venue has them: they are marked on the seating plan. To book a seat with a companion or report a specific need, contact customer service before the event.
