How do Axyo fundraisers work?
No fees for contributors: every franc goes to the fundraiser.

Every fundraiser is created by our team after verifying the beneficiary and the project.
2 · Contribute
Any amount you like, by MTN MoMo or Airtel Money. You can stay anonymous and leave a message of support.
3 · Share
Send the fundraiser to your friends and family on WhatsApp or social media: every contribution counts.
4 · Funds handed over
When the fundraiser ends, Axyo hands the money raised to the beneficiary, even if the goal is not reached.

Qui crée les cagnottes ?
Uniquement l'équipe Axyo, après avoir vérifié le bénéficiaire et le projet. Vous souhaitez lancer une cagnotte ? Envoyez votre demande depuis la page Cagnottes : nous vous recontactons sous 48 h ouvrées.
Y a-t-il des frais sur ma participation ?
Non : tout le montant de votre participation va à la cagnotte. Vous payez en MTN MoMo ou Airtel Money et recevez un reçu par e-mail.
Puis-je participer anonymement ?
Oui. Cochez « Rester anonyme » : votre nom n'apparaît pas sur la page de la cagnotte (« Anonyme »). Il reste connu de l'équipe Axyo pour votre reçu.
Que se passe-t-il si l'objectif n'est pas atteint ?
Le bénéficiaire reçoit tout ce qui a été versé : Axyo lui remet les fonds collectés à la fin de la cagnotte, avec un justificatif.
Puis-je être remboursé ?
Une participation n'est en principe pas remboursable. En cas d'erreur ou de cagnotte annulée, écrivez au service Axyo : chaque situation est étudiée.
